Request ALANC to Attend a Health Fair
American Lung Association of North Carolina is able to attend community health fairs across North Carolina. We greatly appreciate knowing as much as possible about your event prior to making arrangements to attend so please take a few moments to complete a small survey. This helps us plan for volunteers as well as choose the promotional items we will bring.

Survey (requires free Adobe Acrobat Reader)Because of high demand and volunteer coordination, we ask that we have at least 2 months notice for all health fair requests. We will let you know if we can attend as soon as we can.
We will make every attempt to attend your event, however, if staffing does not permit, the American Lung Association of North Carolina is able to send information regarding lung health issues. We have a variety of brochures and other materials we can sell to your organization – or we can provide to you, free of charge, a small display board with tear-off “information request cards.”
